My heart broke for Kay and Olyn was such a sweetheart!! I came to love them both so much!! Arynne on the other hand, I didn't like quite as much anymore. The pace is upped and suspense is thrilling while the characters need to face even harder challenges, with stakes higher than ever before. This second instalment in The Ice and Fate duology is even more darker and intense than the first. It's hard to write a review for a second in series without spoiling so I'll keep mine short.
